2010 Youth Soccer Information
The Ottawa Hellenic Athletic Association (OHAA) is kicking off its 7th season of Youth Soccer. The program has enjoyed a large participation from the Hellenic Community and its friends and continues to expand. The 2010 program is outlined below. We hope you are able to participate and assist us in guiding the development of this program for our youth.

Program is structured Early Development, House League and Competitive. The House League includes games with teams in the Ottawa Royals club. Competitive is a greater time commitment which requires travel to play other clubs across the city and practices. Indoor conditioning sessions are scheduled for the Competitive teams. Please check OHAA website for more information. All outdoor programs begin after May long weekend and finish in August.
Please register early to avoid any disappointment. The Royals House League is on a first come basis and after March 1st there is a waiting list.
Teams will be formed based on registration numbers and some age groups may be joined to form a team or put together on a team in the Royals system. Parents will be notified by mid March of any changes.
Registration – Early Registration Ends March 15th
- Saturday February 20th, 27th, and March 6th, 9:15am to 11:45am, Greek School (D. Roy Kennedy– Woodroffe Ave.)
- Sunday February 21st , 28th, and March 7th Hellenic Church following the Liturgy
- Monday February 22nd, 29th and March 8th 6:30pm to 7:30pm Greek Dancing (Hellenic Community Centre)

Early registration fees apply up to March 15th. Registration is accepted up to the start of the season in May with no guarantee of placement. Full refunds (less tryout fees and $10 administration fee) will be available to any player who withdraws from a team prior to the commencement of the outdoor season.
Volunteers
With this growth is the requirement for more coaches, managers and support to administer the entire program. We ask that when you register your child, please volunteer or contact us directly. We need more volunteers to maintain and advance the program.
